*Security Deposits on cabins start at $250.00 depending upon size and length of stay. Deposit is not a credit towards your rent. All cabins include a cleaning service fee, which is taken from the deposit. Fee is $50.00/$150.00, depending upon group size.

*Rental contracts are provided. A deposit (due within two weeks of receiving contract) reserves your rental and RENT IS DUE ONE MONTH prior to occupancy. Cabins with phones have deposits returned approximately 4-6 weeks after unit is cleaned and checked and phone bills, if any, are assessed. Cabins without phones will have deposits returned immediately upon a cleared check out.

*NO TENTS, TRAILERS, ETC. for extra sleeping spaces.
